3-Day Murchison Falls Safari
Day 1: Kampala to Murchison Falls
Your adventure starts early with a pickup from your hotel in Kampala at 7 am, followed by a scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park, the most expansive national park in the country.
As we traverse verdant landscapes, we’ll eventually arrive at our lodge to drop off our bags and enjoy a hearty meal. In the afternoon, the adventure continues with a safari to spot Murchison's wildlife, including iconic species such as lions, giraffes, elephants, and hippos!
We’ll also take a side trip to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you'll discover the daily care provided to these remarkable creatures. Our day concludes back at the lodge, where a delightful dinner awaits to rejuvenate us.
Day 2: Exploring Murchison Falls
Experience the sunrise at Murchison Falls as we rise early for a memorable boat cruise on the Nile River. This majestic river runs through the national park, crowned by the breathtaking Murchison Falls.
During our journey, prepare to be amazed by the thundering sound of the falls that captivates the senses! You'll also have the chance to witness various wildlife, including crocodiles and numerous bird species soaring above this remarkable part of Uganda. Quite captivating, don't you think?
After a day filled with exploration both on land and water, we’ll head back to our accommodation for a restful night.
Day 3: Murchison Falls to Kampala
Our safari comes to a close as we prepare to depart from Murchison Falls. After a final breakfast, we will make our way back to Kampala, where we will bid farewell at your hotel around 12 noon.
