5-Day Safari in Uganda

Day 1: Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Kampala, followed by a scenic drive westward toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. Observe the lush tea plantations along the route and pause for a delightful lunch in Fort Portal.

After our meal, we will resume our travels, crossing the Equator as we marvel at the fascinating landscape marked by volcanic formations. Upon arrival at the park, we will enjoy dinner and get settled in at the lodge, preparing for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Exploring Queen Elizabeth National Park

Mornings begin with breakfast before setting off in a 4x4 for our first expedition within Queen Elizabeth National Park. We will search for a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, hippopotamuses, hyenas, leopards, impalas, and buffaloes, experiencing the wild essence of Africa.

After this adventure, we will return to the lodge for lunch. With refreshed spirits, we will venture to the shores of Lake Edward for a scenic boat ride as we soak in the beauty of the sunset from the water.

Following this wonderful outing, we will head back to our accommodations.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Awaken early on this day for breakfast before embarking on a hike in search of the resident chimpanzees. As we trek through the park, you'll discover fascinating insights about these remarkable primates.

After this enriching experience, we will hop back into the 4x4 to continue our exploration of the park and its diverse wildlife. Our day will conclude with a delightful dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Final Day of Exploration in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day four will be dedicated to uncovering the remaining wonders of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This day is filled with opportunities to capture stunning photos of the wildlife we encounter. Watch closely, as you might spot lions lounging in the treetops.

We’ll return to the lodge for dinner, enjoying our final evening in the tranquility of the reserve.

Day 5: Return to Kampala

After breakfast at the lodge, we will journey back to Kampala. The 5-day safari concludes at your hotel or the airport, according to your preference.

Your stay includes four nights of accommodations featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner at three-star hotels:

Days 1 and 2: Engiri Game Lodge and Camp Site or an equivalent optionDays 3 and 4: Simba Safari Lodge or a similar establishment
