Come to 3 Stawki Street in Warsaw at a time of your choice to cook one of Poland's most famous dishes. We will go through all the steps to become expert pierogi cooks.

Upon arrival, we will meet the professional chef who will share the secrets of Polish cuisine. After learning the basics, we will knead the dough and cover the filling.

Next, we will let the dough rest and prepare the filling, choosing between vegetables or meat. Once the onion is cooked, we will combine the remaining ingredients and spices. With the preparations complete, we will cut circles in the dough, fill them, and shape them like Italian ravioli. Finally, we will cook them in boiling water.

Once cooked, we will sit at the table to enjoy the dumplings with Polish liquor. The class lasts for two hours.
