Pierogi Cooking Class

Join us at 3 Stawki Street in Warsaw at your preferred time to cook one of Poland's famous dishes. The class will guide you through all the steps to become proficient in making pierogi.

Upon arrival, you will meet the professional chef who will share insights into Polish cuisine. After learning the basics, you will start preparing the dough by kneading it to cover your chosen filling.

While the dough rests, you will prepare the filling using either vegetables or meat. The process includes frying onions, adding other ingredients, and seasoning them. After preparing the filling, you will roll out circles from the dough to shape them like Italian ravioli before cooking them in boiling water.

Once the pierogi are cooked, you will sit down to enjoy them with Polish liquor. The class lasts for two hours.
