Description
At the designated time, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin this tour focused on the contrasts of Washington D.C.. Our journey starts with a minibus ride to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, one of the 10 largest churches globally. We will enter to explore the secrets within its more than 70 chapels of Byzantine Art, reflecting the traditions of various Catholic communities.
Next, we will visit the National Cathedral, located at the highest point in the city, offering some of the best views. Our tour will continue to Embassy Row, showcasing diplomatic buildings with different architectural styles.
We will then stop in Kalorama, a residential area known for former residents like the Obama family. The exploration includes the historic neighborhood of Georgetown, its University, the Washington Port, the C&O channel, and the iconic steps featured in The Exorcist.
Our final destination is the Kennedy Center. The tour lasts four hours before we return you to your hotel, concluding our exploration of contrasts in Washington D.C.
