Description
We will collect you from your hotel at the scheduled time to begin this tour. First, we will travel by minibus to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, one of the 10 largest churches in the world. We will enter the church and explore over 70 chapels of Byzantine Art that reflect the cultures and traditions of various Catholic communities.
Next, we will visit the National Cathedral, set at the highest point in Washington D.C., offering some of the best views in the city. The tour will then continue to Embassy Row to see the diverse architectural styles of diplomatic buildings.
We will proceed to Kalorama, a neighborhood known for its notable residents, including the Obama family. After viewing the colonial neighborhood of Georgetown, we will explore the University of Georgetown, the Washington Port, and the C&O Canal, as well as the famous steps featured in the classic horror movie The Exorcist.
Finally, we will visit the Kennedy Center before returning to your hotels, concluding this four-hour tour of Washington D.C.
