Washington DC Bike Hire

You must pick up your bikes at 701 D St NW in Washington DC and from here you can ride around the city at your leisure. As you cycle along Pennsylvania Avenue, you'll see the White House and the Capitol building, both key sights of the Washington DC skyline.

In front of the Capitol, you'll find the National Mall Esplanade. Here you can admire important buildings including the monuments to George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, or enjoy a ride past the Potomac River.

Bike Hire Options

When booking, you can choose between two types of bikes:

Hybrid Bike

This option provides a hybrid bike, which combines features of urban and mountain bikes.

Electric Bike

This option features an electric bike, which is powered by an electric motor and a rechargeable battery, allowing speeds over 30 kilometres (19 miles) per hour. Note that you must be 16 or older to use the electric bikes.
