Discover the history of the US capital and see the city's most emblematic places of interest on this bike tour of Washington DC.
Tour Options
During the booking process, you can choose between two tour options. Both start at 701 D Street, last 3 hours, and include bike and helmet rental, and a guide.
Day Tour
At the indicated time, we'll meet at 701 D Street. We'll distribute bikes and helmets and begin the tour of Washington. Participants will cycle along Pennsylvania Avenue, viewing the White House's silhouette. Continuing to the Capitol building, we'll explore the area's ties to the American intelligence services.
Opposite the Capitol lies the National Mall. We'll ride through this public space, observing the Smithsonian Castle and monuments to George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, while discussing significant events from their presidencies.
Before concluding, we'll visit the open-air memorials for the Korean and Vietnam wars, reflecting on 20th-century wartime episodes. The tour will then end back at the starting point after 3 hours.
Night Tour
If you enjoy seeing cities illuminated at sunset, this is the ideal option. The route will match the day tour, allowing for exploration of iconic monuments and buildings against the backdrop of Washington D.C.'s lights as night falls.
