Discover the history of the US capital and see the city's most emblematic places of interest on this bike tour of Washington DC.
Tour Options
During the booking process, you can choose between two tour options. Both start at 701 D Street, last 3 hours, and include bike and helmet rental, and a guide.
Day Tour
At the designated time, we'll meet at 701 D Street. Bikes and helmets will be provided, and we will start the tour promptly. You'll explore Washington in a comfortable way.
We will bike along Pennsylvania Avenue to see the White House's silhouette. Continuing on, we will reach the Capitol building and discuss the narrative surrounding intelligence in Washington.
Opposite the Capitol is the National Mall esplanade. We will cycle to view the Smithsonian Castle and the monuments for George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, and discuss key events from their presidencies.
Before returning, we will visit the open-air memorials for the Korean and Vietnam wars to reflect on wartime tragedies. The tour concludes after 3 hours back at the starting point.
Night Tour
This option is for those who enjoy cityscapes at sunset. We will follow the same route as the day tour as the city begins to illuminate. Expect to see iconic monuments against the backdrop of Washington D.C.'s night skyline. Prepare your cameras for night mode!
