Mount Rigi Day Pass

The Mount Rigi Day Pass is valid for 1 day and allows you to access the following transport options to reach the top of Mount Rigi:

Cogwheel train from VitznauCogwheel train from GoldauCable car from WeggisCable car from Kräbel

You can use the cogwheel trains from either Vitznau or Goldau to reach the summit at an altitude of 1,797 metres (5,895 feet), offering views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains. Alternatively, the Weggis or Kräbel cable cars provide significant scenic vistas as well.

Both transport options allow repeated use for one day, and the pass is valid for the chosen date of your booking.

Hot Springs

You can add admission to the Mineralbad & Spa Rigi Kaltbad complex to your Day Pass. This complex includes a Finnish sauna and whirlpools with Alpine views, utilizing sustainably heated water at 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit). Note that entry to this facility requires a minimum age of 16.
