Dynjandi, Arnarfjördur & Bíldudalur Day Trip

At 9 am, we will meet on Þórsgata in Patreksfjörd and begin our day trip to notable locations in the Westfjords.

The first stop will be Tálknafjördur, a small fishing village where we will walk through its streets to learn about its traditions and history while enjoying scenic views.

Next, we will proceed to Bíldudalur, the capital of the Westfjords. This includes a visit to the Sea Monster Museum to uncover local legends and mysteries about underwater threats.

After the museum, we'll explore the landscapes of Arnarfjördur Fjord on foot, heading towards Dynjandi, one of Iceland's most impressive waterfalls, perfect for photography.

Following our hike, we will reboard the minibus and travel to Dynjandisheidi Mountain, tracing the routes of the first Scandinavian to sail to Iceland, Floki, a notable figure for fans of the series Vikings.

We'll also pass Bardaströnd Beach before returning to Patreksfjörd, concluding the trip at around 3 pm.
