Dynjandi, Arnarfjördur & Bíldudalur Day Trip

At 9 am, we will meet on Þórsgata in Patreksfjordur and begin our journey to notable spots in the Westfjords.

The first stop will be Tálknafjördur, a small fishing village where we will explore its streets and learn about its history while enjoying scenic views.

Next, we will visit Bíldudalur, the capital of the Westfjords. We will see the Arnarfördur Fjord and tour the Sea Monster Museum to uncover the local legends and mysteries related to underwater creatures.

After the museum, we will explore the Arnarfjördur Fjord on foot, making our way to Dynjandi, one of Iceland's most impressive waterfalls. It is recommended to have cameras ready for this stunning site.

Following our hike, we will return to the minibus and drive to Dynjandisheidi Mountain, tracing the steps of Floki, a notable figure in Scandinavian history, linked to the popular series Vikings.

We will then pass by Bardaströnd Beach before concluding our trip with a return to Patreksfjordur at around 3 pm.
