At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Whistler Visitor Centre and set off for Montis Distilling. This is the perfect opportunity to learn about the spirits produced in this British Columbia town.

Upon arrival at the distillery, we'll go on a guided tour of the facilities to learn all about the curiosities of Montis spirits. The distillery makes different types of vodkas and gins, following various methods and using local products from Whistler, including glacier water and aromas from its forests.

During the 2-hour visit, we'll tour the rooms of Montis Distilling, learn to differentiate between the gins and vodkas they make, and enjoy a tasting of these spirits accompanied by typical cheeses and cured meats.

Finally, we'll return to the starting point, where the visit to Montis Distilling will conclude.
