We will meet at the main entrance of the Westmark Hotel in Whitehorse. Following a comfortable car journey, we will travel to the outskirts of Whitehorse to begin the snowshoeing tour.
Accompanied by a guide, we will wear snowshoes similar to those used historically by miners, hunters, and fur traders to trek through the Canadian frozen land. The tour offers opportunities to enjoy tranquil nature and views across Whitehorse, with chances to see various animal species including foxes, coyotes, and Canadian roosters.
After the snowshoeing tour, we will have a warm drink and a snack, followed by our return to the meeting point.
