Colombo Food Tour Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Colombo at 4 pm. Afterward, we'll hop into a tuk tuk and start our guided food tour of Sri Lanka's largest city, discovering its deliciously diverse flavours.

This food tour of Colombo will lead us to some of the most renowned spots in the city, allowing you to savor the typical local delicacies. We will kick things off with a welcome drink before visiting a food stall to taste one of the capital's star dishes, featuring fried potatoes as its main ingredient.

We will continue to three more locations to relish more of the delights of Sri Lankan cuisine. Expect to try Pittu, a dish made with coconut and rice served alongside crab, the iconic roti kottu, Maldives-style katta sambal, and, of course, the traditional hoppers, a type of crepe with a fried egg. Come prepared to satisfy your hunger!

To wrap up the food tour, you will enjoy a tea or coffee paired with a delicious Sri Lankan dessert.

After indulging our taste buds with the flavours of Colombo, the food tour concludes with a drop-off back at your hotel by 8 pm.
