Colombo Food Tour Itinerary
Starting at 4 pm, you will be picked up from your hotel in Colombo and travel by tuk tuk on a guided food tour of Sri Lanka's largest city. The tour will take you to well-known locations to sample typical local delicacies.
The experience begins with a welcome drink, followed by a visit to a food stall to taste a popular dish made with fried potatoes. You will then visit three additional locations to try more traditional flavours of Sri Lankan cuisine, including Pittu (a coconut and rice dish with crab), the famous roti kottu, Maldives style katta sambal, and traditional hoppers, a crepe with an egg.
To conclude the tour, you will enjoy a tea or coffee with a Sri Lankan dessert.
Your food tour will finish with a drop-off back at your hotel around 8 pm.
