Private Tour of Wroclaw
When making your reservation, you'll have three different tour options to choose from:
Wroclaw Old Town Tour (3 hours)
Welcome to Wroclaw, the City of 100 Bridges! Meet your English speaking guide in front of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, located in Ostrów Tumski, the oldest part of the city. After visiting this monument, which dates back to the 13th century, we'll explore the picturesque medieval old town.
We'll cross the bridge over the Odra River into the city centre, stopping at the University of Wroclaw, known for its Aula Leopoldinum, a Baroque-style classroom. The tour continues through the cobbled streets of the old city centre, ending at Wroclaw Market Square, one of the largest in Europe.
Please note: entry to Aula Leopoldinum is 3.50EUR per person and is closed on Wednesdays.
Wroclaw Panoramic Tour (4 hours)
We'll pick you up from your hotel to visit the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Ostrów Tumski. After walking along the Odra River, we'll climb Polish Hill for a panoramic view of Wroclaw.
Next, we'll visit the Panorama of the Battle of Raclawice Museum to see a large 360-degree battle scene. We'll also visit Aula Leopoldinum before walking through the medieval streets to the Market Square, where the Gothic Town Hall is located.
Please note: entry to the Panorama Museum is 7.50EUR per person and is closed on Mondays from October to April; entry to Aula Leopoldinum is 3.50EUR per person, closed on Wednesdays.
Wroclaw Jewish Heritage Tour (4 hours)
After meeting at your hotel, we'll go to the Jewish Quarter to explore the Jewish community's history in Wroclaw. We'll examine traces of this community dating back to the 12th century and discuss their socio-economic impact and tragic events during WWII.
We'll visit the White Stork Synagogue, the Market Square, the Monument to the Heroes of the Warsaw Ghetto, and the Old Jewish Cemetery, which has tombstones over 800 years old.
Please note: Entry to the synagogue is 3EUR per person, though it is currently closed. The Museum of Cemetery Art costs 4EUR per person.
