Sroda Slaska, Abbey of Lubiaz & St. Hedwig Tour

At 9 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in the center of Wroclaw and head to the town of Sroda Slaska to see a genuine medieval royal treasure.

We will visit the Regional Museum of Sroda Slaska to view a collection of works discovered at the end of the 20th century, including 3000 silver coins, jewelry, and a crown that may have belonged to Queen Blanche de Valois. Some pieces from this treasure were reported stolen during its discovery.

Next, we'll explore the Lubiaz Abbey, the largest Cistercian monastery globally, showcasing Baroque architecture with a 200 meters long façade. Inside, we will see multicolored ceilings, refectories, a Gothic church, and the crypt of the Dukes of Silesia.

After one hour of free time for lunch, we will proceed to the sanctuary of St. Hedwig in Trzebnica, established in 1202, where we will admire the late Romanesque interior and learn about its historical challenges.

Finally, we will return to Wroclaw, arriving at your hotel at 4 pm.
