WWII Tour in Lower Silesia

Meeting will take place in the centre of Wroclaw, proceeding to the Owl Mountains to discover the tunnels of Project Riese, constructed as part of a secret Nazi plan for weapon storage. The Osowka tunnel will reveal crucial aspects of the Third Reich.

In 1943, as the war impacts Europe, the Nazi battle tanks are hindered by snow during the battle of Stalingrad. Besides Osowka, the Wlodarz complex represents another crucial secret.

The Wlodarz tunnels, the largest of Project Riese, will provide insight into the massive underground construction efforts. Participants will learn about the engineering behind this significant work.
