WWII Tour in Lower Silesia

We will meet in the centre of Wroclaw and head to the Owl Mountains to explore the tunnels of Project Riese. These tunnels were part of a Nazi plan for weapon storage, including the Osowka tunnel, revealing a secret of the Third Reich.

In 1943, the war rages in Europe. While Nazi battle tanks are stalled at Stalingrad, the focus expands to the Polish region of Lower Silesia. The Wlodarz complex is the next subject of our exploration.

During our visit to the Wlodarz tunnels, the largest of Project Riese, we will learn about the construction of these extensive underground structures.

After a day uncovering secrets and facts about the tunnels, we will return to Wroclaw.
