Description
We will pick you up from your hotel in Xi'an and drive for 1.5 hours to the Famen Temple, an important religious site in the Shaanxi region. The 2.5-3 hour guided tour will include a visit to one of the Buddha relics and the pagoda, which was reconstructed after severe storm damage.
Next, a local restaurant will provide a traditional Chinese lunch over the course of an hour, where you can experience various local specialties that showcase Chinese gastronomy.
After lunch, we will travel to Yuanjiacun village for a 2.5 to 3-hour walking tour through its streets, allowing for a deeper understanding of Chinese culture as we pass traditional stores. Finally, we will return to your hotel in Xi'an, arriving about 8 hours after pickup.
Pickup
Pickup is only available from hotels in the centre of Xi'an (downtown). If you are outside this area, please contact the provider to arrange a pickup point.
