In Xi'an's Muslim Quarter, a fusion of Middle Eastern and Asian flavours offers a private food tour experience.
Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet across from the Bell Tower Hotel and walk to the renowned Muslim Quarter, famous for its cuisine.
After brief introductions, we'll enter the Muslim Quarter to explore the main street food stalls, featuring a blend of Middle Eastern and Chinese cuisine with diverse textures, flavours, and aromas.
To fully experience the offerings, we'll visit multiple stalls selling Moroccan skewers. You can choose the meat or portion size at each stall, accompanied by various sauces from Arab and Chinese culinary traditions.
This area also boasts several notable noodle spots. As we walk, you’ll witness merchants stretching the noodles, which can reach several metres long. These noodles are used to create wholesome soups and vegetable stews, which you can sample along the way.
After 2 hours, we'll conclude the tour at the starting point.
