Yala National Park Safari
At 4:30 am, pickup will occur at your hotel in Unawatuna to begin the journey through eastern Sri Lanka. After approximately 2.5 hours of driving, we will arrive at Yala National Park to explore its trails, which serve as a natural habitat for elephants, bears, and crocodiles.
The 4x4 tour will cover more than 97,000 hectares of the park, known for having one of the highest concentrations of leopards in the world. During the tour, detailed information about the wildlife will be provided.
Midway through the safari, participants will stop at a designated area in the park for a picnic lunch. The exploration will continue after lunch, showcasing the varying landscapes of Yala, including wild, arid, and wetland sections.
Overall, the tour lasts between 9 and 10 hours before returning to the hotel.
