During this journey to the Cashibococha Lagoon, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Peruvian Amazon as we explore two ecovillages and connect deeply with the surroundings.

Tour Details

We'll meet at your accommodation in Pucallpa, and from there, proceed to the port of Cashibococha. Here, you'll board a boat that will take us to the vibrant community of La Pequeña María.

Upon reaching the community, you’ll witness their innovative methods to utilize natural resources, contributing to an eco-sustainable village. A guided walk of about an hour will lead you through plantations featuring cocona, mandarin, camu-camu, and various fruit trees. During the tour, we’ll also explore the solar panel system that energizes the entire community. If you're keen, there's a chance to engage in some fishing too.

Afterward, you’ll have two hours of leisure time to enjoy swimming in the calm waters of the lagoon. Following this, if desired, you can spend 30 minutes kayaking or paddleboarding across the peaceful surface.

Your experience will culminate with the breathtaking view of the sunset over Cashibococha Lagoon, a wonderful opportunity to capture memorable photographs. Finally, we’ll make our way back to your hotel in Pucallpa, concluding a delightful five-hour exploration.
