Hiking Tour to Regalia Waterfalls

Your day will begin with a pick-up from your hotel in Pucallpa between 4 am and 5 am, followed by a minibus ride to the district of Curimaná.

After approximately two hours on the road, we will switch to a comfortable boat ride on the Aguaytia River. Expect a bit of adventure, especially during the summer months when the water levels are lower, requiring us to occasionally disembark and give the canoe a little push downstream—an enjoyable task!

Our journey will last about an hour, bringing us to the small community of Bello Horizonte, situated in the heart of the Peruvian jungle. Here, we will take a break to relax and have breakfast at your leisure.

Once we’ve recharged, we will hop back onto the boats and continue upstream to access the trekking trail that leads to the Regalía waterfalls. Are you prepared for a memorable adventure?

Over approximately 40 minutes, we will traverse the dense jungle, observing and familiarizing ourselves with the diverse wildlife along our path. We will also discover the medicinal properties of various local plants as we get nearer to the impressive Regalia Falls.

Upon reaching our destination, you will have four hours of free time to enjoy lunch amidst these breathtaking waterfalls, regarded by many as the most beautiful in Peru. It is advisable to pack a meal for this excursion.

Feel free to take a refreshing swim, leap into the natural pools from a height of 6 meters (19.6 feet), and unwind while listening to the soothing sounds of cascading water and the melodies of chirping birds.

When our time at the falls concludes, we will reconvene and board the boats once again, which will return us to the waiting minibus. By around 6 pm, we will bring you back to your hotel, concluding a day filled with adventure.
