At a time that suits you best, we will collect you from your accommodation in Pucallpa to initiate this panoramic journey through the capital of Ucayali, situated in the heart of Peru.
Our adventure begins with a stroll around Grau Square, where we will encounter the Public Clock, a notable 8-story edifice featuring a clock on each facade, as well as the Malecon, offering stunning vistas of the river port of Pucallpa. This bustling port serves as a departure point for vessels heading to Iquitos along the Amazon River.
Continuing our journey, we will pass by the Agustin Rivas Museum, a tribute to the renowned local sculptor known for his wooden masterpieces, some of which have even reached the Vatican. Following this, we will visit the Plaza de Armas, where we can admire the Municipality building alongside the cathedral of Pucallpa, distinguished by its unusual ogival-shaped architecture.
We will then navigate through the charming neighborhoods of Pucallpa. Within one of these areas, we will encounter the Usko Ayar Regional Painting School, established by the prominent Amazonian artist Pablo Amaringio.
