Ísafjörður Kayak & Westfjords Bike Tour

At 9:30 am, we will meet at Mávagarður for the kayak tour in the bay of Isafjordur.

Before kayaking, we will walk to the shore of Neðstikaupstaður for a lesson on handling the boats. We will paddle in the waters of the Westfjords, observing various species of birds and seals. This kayaking activity lasts approximately two hours. Following the tour, there will be an hour of free time to rest before beginning the bike tour.

We will then gear up for a bike ride into the rugged mountains of the Westfjords of Iceland. The cycling route will take us through slopes, trails, and valleys, allowing us to see attractions such as the Tungudalur Forest and the Buná River with its waterfall.

We will complete the cycling tour by 4:30 pm, returning to the starting point.
