Isafjordur Kayak Tour

After meeting at your selected time in Mávagarður, we will walk down the shore of Isafjordur Bay. At the dock, there will be a brief lesson on kayak handling before we begin to paddle across the Icelandic waters.

The kayaking experience lasts two and a half hours on the waters of the Westfjords. During the paddle, the guide will share interesting facts about Isafjordur and the region. Participants can enjoy the mountain views.

Keep an eye out for the local wildlife during the kayak tour; with some luck, you may see various sea birds and possibly seal colonies swimming and basking in the bay.

The kayak tour of Isafjordur will conclude back at the original departure pier.
