How does it work?
Your ticket is valid for 24 consecutive hours from activation. For instance, if activated on Monday at 3 pm, it remains valid until Tuesday at 3 pm. During this period, you can board the bus as many times as desired to visit attractions like York Castle from Clifford Tower, York Cathedral, Museum Gardens, and the Jorvik Viking Centre.
Important
When booking, specify the activation date, with 12 months available for use thereafter. After reservation, an email with a voucher will be sent, required for your first bus ride.
Timetable & frequency
The sightseeing bus departs every 30 minutes daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with service hours from 10 am to 2:30 pm in November and December. The journey takes one hour, and the last three buses terminate at Clifford Tower.
