Wild Yukon & Hot Springs Tour

Enjoy sightings of wild animals in the Yukon Reserve and a dip in the pool at the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs, a must-see while visiting Whitehorse!

Description

At 1:50 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel in Whitehorse and travel north to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, one of the prime locations to see wild animals in their natural habitat.

After a 30-minute journey, we will arrive at the reserve, home to 12 species of Northern Canadian mammals. This tour offers an opportunity to capture unique photographs of various wildlife.

You may encounter wood bison, mountain goats, mule deer, elk, woodland caribou, and muskox during the 1.5 hours spent at the preserve. However, animal sightings are not guaranteed.

After exploring the Yukon Wildlife Preserve, we will proceed to the Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs, where you will have 2 hours of free time to enjoy a warm water bath and the views of the Whitehorse landscape.

The hot springs maintain a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) year-round, even when outside temperatures drop to -30 degrees Celsius (-22 degrees Fahrenheit), allowing for a relaxing bath throughout the year.

We will return to your hotels in Whitehorse at 7:00 pm.
