Trakoš?an Castle & Varaždin Tour

After picking you up from your hotel in Zagreb, we'll leave the Croatian capital and head north. After approximately 90 minutes, we will reach our first stop: the Trakoš?an Castle, a 13th-century fortress.

Located in a lush forest overlooking a lake, Trakoš?an Castle is near the Croatian border with Slovenia. Inside this Medieval castle, we will learn about the history of the Draškovi? family, whose story is intertwined with the region's past.

We will then continue our tour to Varaždin, a historic city that served as the capital of Croatia in the 18th century. It is known as the "Baroque city of flowers and music."

You will have free time to explore the picturesque historic center at your own pace and discover why it is nicknamed the "Vienna of Croatia." Enjoy the beautiful baroque architecture and local cuisine in the city center.

From Varaždin, we will return to Zagreb, concluding the tour at your hotel after 8 hours.
