Travel to the northern tip of Zanzibar and visit the charming village of Nungwi, featuring traditional markets, beaches, and a turtle sanctuary.

North Zanzibar Day Trip

At 9 am, we will pick you up at your hotel in Zanzibar and travel to the village of Nungwi. After an hour and a half drive, we will arrive at this historic town with some of the best beaches in Zanzibar. Our first stop will be the fish market to experience the local culture.

Next, we will visit the Marani Natural Aquarium, where you can interact with endangered sea turtles and various fish. You will also have the opportunity to swim in the aquarium waters and approach the turtles.

Afterward, we will relax on the beaches of Nungwi, where you can stroll, swim, or sunbathe. Following this, we will dine at a local restaurant serving a traditional meal of seafood, rice, and vegetables. Our return to your hotel is scheduled for approximately 5 pm.
