We will collect you from your hotel in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo at the agreed time to commence our journey through this charming coastal locale in Guerrero. Let's embark on this adventure!
After a brief 20-minute drive, we will arrive at the Mirador de Ixtapa. Here, you’ll be welcomed by spectacular vistas of the ocean, the surrounding islets, and the hotel district. Remember to capture a picture in front of the iconic Ixtapa sign from this impressive vantage point! Our next destination is the Mirador El Partenón de Zihuatanejo, a viewpoint known for its intriguing background. Interested in its story? We’ll share all the details!
Following our breathtaking views of Zihuatanejo Bay, we will proceed to the Capricho del Rey promenade. This location offers a great perspective of La Ropa Beach and presents the statue of Tanganxoan II, the last Indigenous emperor of the area, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Ixtapa. Subsequently, we'll head to the historical center of the town, where we will stroll along the Socle, the Paseo del Pescador promenade, and the main pier. We’ll also take a leisurely walk along La Madera Beach, absorbing the life and essence of this coastal community.
Our final stop will be the artisan market on Calle 5 de Mayo, offering you a chance to pick up a local keepsake. After exploring the market shops, we will begin our return to your hotel, where we will wrap up our experience after a delightful four hours together.
