Enjoy the natural beauty of this hidden city in the Sierra Madre del Sur on this tour of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. We'll visit viewpoints, beaches, and the historical centre. A thoroughly comprehensive tour!

Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo to begin a tour of this coastal town in Guerrero. After a 20-minute drive, we'll reach the Mirador de Ixtapa, a viewpoint featuring views of the ocean, the islets, and the city’s hotel zone. Next, we'll go to the Mirador El Partenón de Zihuatanejo, known for its controversial history.

After enjoying views of the Zihuatanejo Bay, we'll visit the Capricho del Rey seafront promenade to admire La Ropa Beach and learn about the statue of Tanganxoan II, the last Indigenous emperor in the region. We will then explore the city's historical centre, walking down the Socle, Paseo del Pescador seafront promenade, and the main pier, as well as walking along La Madera Beach.

Our last stop will be at the artisanal market on Calle 5 de Mayo, where you'll be able to buy a local souvenir. After visiting the market shops, we will begin our return journey back to your hotel, concluding the tour after a total of 4 hours.
