Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen & Interlaken Day Trip

Join us on a day trip from Zurich to explore the stunning alpine landscapes of Switzerland, including Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen.

Day Trip Details

We will depart from the Sihlquai coach park in Zurich towards the Bernese Alps. The journey includes picturesque landscapes of meadows, lakes, and mountains.

First, we will pass through Lucerne and arrive at Interlaken, where you will have about 45 minutes to explore the town, known for its views of the surrounding Thun and Brienz lakes and the Swiss Alps.

Next, we will continue to Grindelwald, known as the “Glacier Village.” You will have approximately 3.5 hours of free time to visit main attractions. Consider taking the cable car to a viewpoint at 2100 meters (6,889 ft) above sea level for breathtaking views. You can also explore Swiss handicraft stores and local gastronomy.

After Grindelwald, we will visit Lauterbrunnen, renowned for its beautiful waterfalls. Here, a brief introduction will be provided, followed by free time to explore, including the Staubbach waterfall, which cascades 300 meters (984 ft).

We will then gather in Lauterbrunnen for our return journey to Zurich, concluding the trip after approximately 12 hours.
