Lucerne & Bürgenstock Day Trip
After meeting at the Sihlquai bus terminal parking lot in Zurich, you will board the bus to Lucerne. Your guide will highlight key monuments in the old town, such as the Chapel Bridge and the Jesuit Church.
In Lucerne, you will have free time to explore and can visit recommended spots like Weinmarkt Square.
You will then take a boat trip across Lake Lucerne to Kehrsiten and ride the funicular railway up Bürgenstock mountain. At the peak, enjoy hiking in nature or visiting the historic resort which has hosted celebrities. You can also hike to the Hammetschwand Lift, the world's tallest exterior elevator, open from March 27 to November 12, 2021, if weather permits.
After this experience, take the funicular back down to Lucerne and meet your guide for the bus return to Zurich.
