Lucerne Day Trip + Yacht Tour

On this trip to Lucerne from Zurich, you'll explore the historic centre of one of Switzerland's interior cities and enjoy a yacht tour around Lake Lucerne.

Day Trip Details

We will meet at the Sihlquai Bus Station parking lot at the scheduled time and then travel to Lucerne. Along the journey, you'll learn about the region's history. Upon arrival, you will receive information about the time and location for our rendezvous and your boat ticket. You will have 6 hours of free time to explore Lucerne.

We recommend visiting the historic centre, the banks of the Reuss River, and crossing the Kapellbrücke, the oldest wooden bridge in Europe. Don't miss the Church of the Jesuits nearby.

During your free time, you may also enjoy Swiss cuisine. At the time indicated on your ticket, you will embark on an hour-long yacht ride around Lake Lucerne, which includes an audio guide in English, showcasing the lakeshore and surrounding landscapes.

After the yacht ride, you may visit other sites such as the famous Lion Monument, carved by Danish artist Bertel Thorvaldsen. Finally, we will meet in Lucerne for our return journey to Zurich after a total of 10 hours.
