Tour Details

The tour of Zurich and its surrounding area begins at the Sihlquai bus parking lot, where we board our vehicle to head into the city center.

During the journey, we will admire the elegant architectural design of the Swiss National Museum, inaugurated in the 19th century with a medieval-influenced aesthetic. We will pass along Bahnhofstrasse, one of the most expensive streets in the world, until we reach the historic center of Zurich. There, we will take a walking tour to observe the wonderful monuments up close, including the spectacular St. Peter's Church, which has the largest clock face in Europe!

After the stroll through the old town, we return to the bus, which will take us across the Quaibrücke bridge over the Limmat River. On the other side, we will discover important monuments such as the Zurich Opera House. Our next stop is the port of Meilen. From here, we'll catch a ferry across the Zürichsee, the beautiful lake of Zurich. After 10 minutes, we'll arrive at the picturesque town of Horgen.

Next, we'll enjoy a fantastic cable car ride up to the Felsenegg viewpoint, offering a panorama of the Zurich skyline, the magnificent lake, and the beautiful Alpine mountains. After taking the cable car back down, we will catch the bus back to the Sihlquai car park.

Itinerary Adjustments

Note that the tour itinerary may be modified due to maintenance work or special events. For instance, from March 2 to April 10, 2026, and in March 2027, the Felsenegg cable car will be replaced by the Dolderbahn cog railway, which will take us to an incredible panoramic viewpoint.
