Sunset Excursion in Zurich + Fondue Dinner

Gather with us at the Sihlquai bus station parking area, our departure point for the sunset excursion in Zurich.

We will kick off with a city center sightseeing tour. As dusk approaches, witness the sky transition into vibrant hues of pink, orange, and purple from the comfort of the bus, highlighting iconic landmarks. Take in the views of the Peterskirche Church's bell tower and the renowned shopping district, Bahnhofstrasse.

Continuing our journey, we will travel along the beautiful shores of Lake Zürichsee toward the quaint town of Kilchberg. Here, you will find the Lindt Home of Chocolate Factory and Museum. While we won’t enter the exhibition, there will be an opportunity to stop at the shop for a sweet treat.

After this delightful interlude, we will proceed to the nearby town of Adliswil, where we will ascend via the Felsenegg cable car. Prepare for spectacular scenery as we reach a height of 800 meters (2,624 feet) above sea level!

Upon arrival at the cable car station, we will enjoy a short walk to the Felsenegg restaurant. From its terrace, revel in magnificent panoramic views of Zurich and its lake while indulging in a 4-course dinner. Although the courses may vary by season, you can always anticipate an exquisite Swiss cheese fondue as part of the experience. The dinner begins with a welcome drink—either a refreshing white wine during warmer months or a cozy mulled wine when it’s cooler.

Finally, we will return down the mountain by cable car to Adliswil, where our bus will be ready to take us back to the original meeting point in Zurich, concluding our 4 hours and 45 minutes of exploration.
