Would you like to spend a day in the countryside in contact with nature? On this visit to the San Rafael estate, located on the outskirts of Resistencia, you'll enjoy the beautiful landscapes of its private nature reserve.

San Rafael Estate Tour

We'll start this special day in the countryside by meeting at 9:30 am at the Estancia San Rafael.

Upon arrival at the private nature reserve, you'll enjoy breakfast featuring coffee, tea or mate cocido with or without milk, accompanied by a variety of pastries, fried cakes, pepas, palmeritas, and homemade sponge cakes. Options for coeliacs are available.

After breakfast, we'll embark on a route through various trails of the reserve using a safari truck. This ride lasts approximately one hour, covering 5 kilometers (3 miles) while you take in the natural landscapes.

We'll then visit the livestock area, where we'll observe different animals and learn about the agricultural activities and the biodiversity of the province of Chaco.

Next, at the quincho, the barbecue area, you'll enjoy a traditional Argentinean lunch including empanadas, grilled meats, and a dessert. Special meal options for vegetarians and those with intolerances are available.

After lunch, you can relax in the estate’s garden while learning about the history of San Rafael and the nearby Colonia Amadeo. We'll conclude this experience at 3:30 pm.

Hotel pickup

You can book hotel pickup in Resistencia between 8:20 am and 8:30 am. The visit will start at 9:30 am with breakfast, and after the experience, we'll return to your hotel, arriving at 4:30 pm.
