Las Catedrales & Lugo Beach Tour

On this tour from La Coruña, we'll discover the beach of Las Catedrales, Lugo, and Ribadeo.

Description

We'll meet in the morning at the designated square in Pontevedra to start our journey to Lugo, which is an hour's drive away. The first activity will be a guided tour of Lugo's historic center lasting one hour, where we will see its famous city walls and the cathedral of Santa Maria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing various architectural styles.

After exploring Lugo, we will head to Ribadeo. During our visit, we will learn about Galician migration to Latin America and view the Indian houses that reflect this historical movement.

Next, we will travel to the beach of Las Catedrales, known for its striking rock formations resembling Gothic cathedrals. We will take a walk along the beach's fine white sand.

Finally, we will return to the bus for our trip back to La Coruña, concluding the excursion after 9.5 hours.
