Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet in front of the Robert the Bruce Statue in Aberdeen to begin our guided tour of the city that grew from a small fishing village to become the oil capital of Europe.
During our guided tour of Aberdeen, we'll pass through some of the city's oldest streets and iconic buildings, such as Marischal College and the Kirk of St. Nicholas. We'll also stop at the historic Netherkirkgate.
The tour will continue through the mysterious tunnels beneath the city, sharing the story of its dark history. We'll explore these tunnels and their connection to the witch trials that occurred in Aberdeen.
In addition, we'll pass through Union Street, known for its shopping and vibrant atmosphere. Here, we'll observe the remarkable street art, an important aspect of the city's culture, featuring both grand murals and smaller pieces.
After 1 hour and 30 minutes, we'll return to the starting point to conclude the tour.
