The Louvre Abu Dhabi houses one of the most important pictorial and archaeological collections in the Middle East. The avant-garde building is located on Saadiyat Island, one of the most exclusive areas of the Emirates capital.

The entrance ticket provides access to both the permanent collection and the temporary exhibitions, and there is no wait in line.

In the archaeology rooms, you'll see pieces from civilizations such as Egyptian and Sumerian, including vases, sculptures, sarcophagi, and furniture dedicated to the cultures of Antiquity.

In the painting rooms, masterpieces like Nature morte au cabas et à l'ail and Le Bohémien by Édouard Manet, and Portrait of a Woman by Pablo Picasso are displayed. Other notable works include The Submissive Reader by René Magritte and Anthropometry by Yves Klein.

Additionally, during your visit, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the coast of Saadiyat.

Opening Hours

The Louvre Abu Dhabi is open from Tuesday to Sunday between 10 am and 11 pm. The gallery and exhibitions close at 6:30 pm Tuesday - Thursday and at 8:30 pm Friday - Sunday.

Children under 18 may enter the museum free of charge but must apply for a free pass at the ticket office.
