On this excursion to Tres Palos Lagoon, we will take a boat ride to see an Afro-Mexican village and a turtle hatchery, as well as visit the crocodile sanctuary of Barra Vieja Beach.
Description
We will pick you up at your hotel in Acapulco at the indicated time and head to the dock where a motorboat will await us for a trip around Tres Palos Lagoon.
During the ride, we will navigate through mangrove tunnels and observe local fauna such as herons and pelicans. Our journey will continue to a crocodile sanctuary at Barra Vieja Beach, where we will learn more about crocodiles.
Next, we will visit a small Afro-Mexican village for a refreshing drink and gain insight into this aspect of Mexican culture. We will also tour a turtle hatchery to witness the release of baby turtles into the ocean.
If you selected the tour with food, we will enjoy a homemade lunch of skewered dishes afterward. If you chose the tour without food, time will be provided to refresh yourself.
Finally, we will return to your hotel in Acapulco, arriving approximately 6 hours after pickup.
