On this excursion to Tres Palos Lagoon, we'll take a scenic boat ride, visiting an Afro-Mexican village and a turtle hatchery, along with the crocodile sanctuary of Barra Vieja Beach.
Description
We'll pick you up at the indicated time at your hotel in Acapulco and travel to the dock where a motorboat will be ready for our trip around Tres Palos Lagoon.
We will navigate through the mangrove tunnels, observing various fauna such as herons and pelicans. The boat ride will include a stop at the crocodile sanctuary at Barra Vieja Beach, where we will learn about these reptiles.
Next, we'll visit a small Afro-Mexican village for a refreshing drink and insights into this aspect of Mexican culture. The excursion continues to a turtle hatchery, where we will witness the release of baby turtles into the ocean.
If you opt for the tour with food, we will have a homemade lunch of skewered foods afterward. Those who chose the tour without food will have time to recharge as well.
Finally, we will return to your hotel in Acapulco, arriving approximately 6 hours after pickup.
