South Ghana Tour Package: 8 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Accra

Whether we pick you up from your hotel or you arrive at Accra airport, we'll take you to your hotel for two nights.

Day 2: Accra

After breakfast, we'll visit key sites in Accra, starting at Independence Square and the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. Afterwards, we will explore the artisan market and James Town. We will return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 3: Accra - Kumasi

In the morning, we will depart for Kumasi, stopping at the Mampong Centre for Scientific Research in Plant Medicine. Upon arrival in Kumasi, we'll visit the Manhyia Palace and see the Okomfo Anokye Sword. We will then check into your hotel for dinner.

Day 4: Kumasi

We will tour the craft villages of the Ashanti kingdom, including Ahwiaa for wood production and Ntonso for cotton weaving. We will visit the Kumasi Central Market and return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 5: Kumasi - Elmina

After breakfast, we'll head to Cape Coast, stopping at Obuasi mine and Assin Manso. We will visit the Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and check into your hotel in Elmina for dinner.

Day 6: Kakum National Park and Elmina

This day involves visiting Kakum National Park for a walk on a footbridge over 45 metres (147 ft) high. Later, we'll visit Elmina Castle and the village of Mesomagor to experience a bamboo orchestra. We will return to the hotel in Elmina for dinner.

Day 7: Elmina - Accra

After breakfast, we'll return to Accra, stopping to see Adinkra fabrics production. We will arrive back at the hotel for dinner.

Day 8: Accra

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Accra and take you to the airport, concluding the tour.
