Teide National Park, Icod and Garachico Day Trip

Greet your guide and set off to Teide National Park on an air-conditioned bus. This site was declared a World Heritage Site in 2007 by UNESCO.

Upon arrival, explore one of the highest volcanoes in the world on a guided walking tour, observing unique rock formations from lava eruptions. Walk to the base of Teide, which stands 3,718 meters tall, the highest summit in Spain. Stroll through its ravines, valleys, and narrow passes.

Next, drive through Valle de La Orotava to Icod de los Vinos. Here, enjoy a walk around the historic center, featuring San Marcos Church and the Drago Milenario, the oldest tree in the Canary Islands at over 16 meters. Take time for lunch at your leisure.

In the afternoon, continue to Garachico, a scenic seaside town protected by Roque de Garachico. Finally, explore Masca, a hamlet set in a stunning natural landscape. Return to the meeting point, arriving between 8-9 hours after the adventure begins.

If you have limited time and wish to visit only Teide National Park, you can reserve an excursion from the South of Tenerife.

If staying in Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, San Cristobal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, or other northern areas, book the day trip from the north of Tenerife. On Fridays, pickups are from Santa Cruz de Tenerife; on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, pickups are from Puerto de la Cruz.
