Teide National Park, Icod and Garachico Day Trip

Meet your guide and travel to Teide National Park in an air-conditioned bus. This park was declared a World Heritage Site in 2007 by UNESCO.

Upon arrival, explore one of the highest volcanoes in the world on a guided walking tour. Walk to the base of the dormant volcano, which stands at 3,718 meters, the highest summit in Spain. Stroll through its ravines, valleys, and narrow passes while observing its unique landscape.

Next, drive through Valle de La Orotava to Icod de los Vinos. Walk around its historic center, visiting San Marcos Church, and see the Drago Milenario, the oldest tree in the Canary Islands, measuring over 16 meters. Enjoy leisure time for lunch with Canarian cuisine.

In the afternoon, continue to Garachico, a coastal town watched over by Roque de Garachico. Then, head to Macizo de Teno to explore Masca, a hamlet surrounded by natural beauty. Return to the meeting point approximately 8-9 hours after the adventure begins.

Day Trip to Teide Only

If you have less time and wish to visit only Teide National Park, you can reserve our excursion specifically to Teide from the South of Tenerife.

Important

If located in Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, San Cristobal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Caletillas, Candelaria, or other areas in northern Tenerife, you can book the day trip to Teide, Icod, and Garachico from the north. On Fridays, pickups will be from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, pickups will be from Puerto de la Cruz.
