Teide National Park, Icod and Garachico Day Trip

Begin your trip to Teide National Park on an air-conditioned bus. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to one of the highest volcanoes in the world. Participate in a guided walking tour exploring the unique rock formations created by the lava. Walk to the base of the dormant volcano, standing 3,718 meters tall, and enjoy the surrounding ravines and valleys.

Next, travel through Valle de La Orotava to Icod de los Vinos. Explore its historic center, including the San Marcos Church and the Drago Milenario, the oldest tree in the Canary Islands, over 16 meters tall. You will have time to have lunch at your own leisure.

In the afternoon, continue to Garachico, a coastal town. View the Roque de Garachico, located 300 meters from the village. Then head to Macizo de Teno, visiting Masca, a picturesque hamlet amidst stunning natural scenery. You will return to the meeting point approximately 8-9 hours after starting.

Day Trip to Teide Only

If you have limited time and wish to visit only Teide National Park, you can reserve a trip from the South of Tenerife.

Important

For tourists staying in northern areas such as Puerto de la Cruz or Santa Cruz de Tenerife, you can book the day trip from the north. On Fridays, pickups will occur from Santa Cruz de Tenerife; on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, pickups will be from Puerto de la Cruz.
