Adelaide Guided Tour
We'll meet at 10 am in front of Adelaide City Hall to start this guided tour of the city.
At this central point in Adelaide, we'll begin to review the history of the city and discover how it evolved to become the coastal capital of South Australia. We'll walk through its streets and see architectural icons including the Adelaide Treasure building, showcasing its colonial style.
We'll continue discovering more symbolic locations, such as the statues of Queen Victoria, Charles Cameron Kingston, and John McDouall Stuart; the Adelaide Administration Office, the St. Francis Xavier Cathedral of Adelaide, and Victoria Square, known locally as "Tarndanyangga," meaning "the place to dream of the red kangaroo."
After two hours walking through the streets of Adelaide, we'll arrive at the old General Post Office, where the tour will end at 12 pm.
