Adelaide Guided Tour
We'll meet at 10 am in front of Adelaide City Hall to start this guided tour of the city.
At this central point in Adelaide, we'll begin to review the history of the city and discover its evolution into the coastal capital of South Australia. Our walk will include architectural icons such as the Adelaide Treasure building showcasing its colonial style.
We will also explore symbolic locations like the statues of Queen Victoria, Charles Cameron Kingston, and John McDouall Stuart; the Adelaide Administration Office, the St. Francis Xavier Cathedral of Adelaide, and Victoria Square, referred to by locals as "Tarndanyangga," meaning "the place to dream of the red kangaroo."
After two hours of walking and exploring the city, we'll conclude the tour at the old General Post Office at 12 pm.
