Pertosa Caves Day Trip

On this day trip to the Pertosa Caves, we will explore these ancient caves near the Charterhouse of Padula, known for their underground river.

We will meet at the designated time in front of the Cinetheater of Agropoli and board a minibus to travel to the Pertosa Caves. These caves are also referred to as the “Angel's Caves.”

During our exploration, we will discover treasures hidden within the caves, including a palafitic village from the 2nd century BC and an underground river. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a boat ride on the Black River, a unique experience in Italy.

Throughout the visit, an audio guide will provide important details about the caves.

We will conclude the tour and return to Agropoli, finishing approximately 4 hours after the start of the day trip.
