Arles, Saint-Rémy & Les Baux Day Trip

We'll pick you up at 9 am from the tourist office in Aix-en-Provence and set off on an hour's journey to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

Upon arrival, we'll visit Les Antiques, notable Roman monuments that marked the entrance to the ancient city of Glanum. You will then have free time to explore Saint-Rémy and its charming streets. On Wednesdays, the itinerary includes a visit to the local market.

Next, we will proceed to Les Baux-de-Provence, where you can visit the impressive fortress at the top of the Alpilles and enjoy the surrounding landscapes. In Les Baux, there is also the option to see the sound and light shows of the Carrières des Lumières (entrance fee not included).

Finally, we will arrive in Arles, another city where Van Gogh resided. You can visit the Roman amphitheatre and, if your trip is on a Saturday, you will have the chance to explore the Provencal market.

We will return to Aix-en-Provence at 5:30 pm.
