With this ticket to a lavender field in Aix-en-Provence, you can explore the violet landscapes and enjoy the fragrance of lavender typical of Provence.
Why Visit a Lavender Field?
The lavender fields of Provence are a natural treasure in the south of France. The lavender blooms between June and August, painting the area purple.
This ticket grants access to the Terre Ugo estate, where approximately 30,000 lavender plants are cultivated on a 7-hectare family farm.
You will see the Lavandin Grosso variety, a 100% organic crop that grows at elevations of 656 to 3,280 ft (200 to 1,000 meters). The visit is not guided, but staff are available to answer questions. If you visit at the end of August, you can observe the lavender harvesting process.
Estimated visit duration is between 1.5 and 2 hours, but guests can remain until closing time.
