Discover the charm of Luberon on this day trip to the villages of Roussillon, Lourmarin, and Fontaine de Vaucluse. You'll also visit a traditional market!

Luberon Market & Villages Tour

We'll meet at the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office at 9 am and set off in a minibus to explore the villages of Luberon. The order of visits may vary based on the day.

Our first stop will be Roussillon, known for its ochre-colored houses and impressive cliffs. We will also pass through Lourmarin, famous for its Renaissance castle, allowing you to walk through its streets and admire the architectural styles.

Next, we will visit Fontaine de Vaucluse, situated on the banks of the Sorgue River, where you can enjoy a walk along the stream. There will be a brief stop in Gordes to see a historic castle and panoramic views.

Finally, we will visit a traditional Provencal market for some souvenir shopping. Local artisanal products like handmade soaps, lavender, cheeses, and fruits will be available. The market location will depend on the day: Gordes on Tuesday, Roussillon on Thursday, Lourmarin on Friday, Apt on Saturday, and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue on Sunday.

We will return to Aix-en-Provence at approximately 6:30 pm.
