Climb on board in Ajaccio for a trip to the Scandola nature reserve, an area known for its landscapes. This journey includes sailing around the Gulf of Girolata and exploring the rock formations of Piana.

We will meet early in the morning at Tino Rossi pier to board our boat for a trip along the western coast of Corsica island.

During the maritime journey, you will see notable rock formations along this coastline, which is a sanctuary for various bird species, including the peregrine falcon and the osprey.

The boat will reach the peninsula of Scandola, a land and marine nature reserve designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1983. It consists of volcanic rock that rises from the sea in unique shapes and colors. You will cruise beneath grottos formed by years of wind and sea erosion, witnessing striking contrasts of red and yellow tones against the blue Mediterranean.

The boat will continue to the Gulf of Girolata, featuring the 18th century Genovese tower overlooking the fishing village of Girolata. We will make a two-hour stop for you to explore the charming streets and enjoy local cuisine at nearby restaurants.

On the return journey, expect to pass the cove of Piana and Cape Rosso, both part of the stunning volcanic landscapes of the region.
