Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour

At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Katowice. The journey to Auschwitz-Birkenau takes around 1 hour. The site comprises various camps, starting with Auschwitz I, which housed political prisoners and other targeted groups, including Jews and Romani people. At the camp's entrance, we will see the inscription "Arbeit macht frei". The tour includes viewing the cells where prisoners lived and the work areas.

Next, we will visit Auschwitz II-Birkenau, the extermination camp, where many were sent to their deaths. We will see the remains of the crematoriums and gas chambers demolished by German troops.

The tour will conclude back in Katowice at 3 pm.

Confirmation will be provided 12 to 16 hours before the activity.A minimum group size is required to access the camp with a guide.
