Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the indicated meeting point in Rome to begin this tour of 3 of Rome's major tourist attractions!

Our first stop will be the iconic Colosseum, Rome's most renowned monument and the largest amphitheatre in the world. The grand stands can accommodate up to 50,000 spectators, earning it a place among the Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

Next, we'll visit Palatine Hill, the most central of Rome's seven hills. It was the former residence of royal families and emperors and is believed to have been inhabited since 1000 BC. From here, you'll have views of the Circus Maximus, the grandest arena of ancient times.

Lastly, our guided tour will take us to the Roman Forum, a representation of social, religious, and political life in Ancient Rome. We will walk along the Via Sacra and see the remains of the Temple of Venus, Temple of Saturn, Arch of Titus, and House of the Vestals.

After 2.5 to 3 hours recounting the history of Imperial Rome, our tour will conclude.
