Northern Lights Excursion + Whale Watching

At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Akureyri to commence our journey of exploring the Northern Lights alongside whale watching!

Our first destination will be the Eyjafjord, where you will board a boat for an exhilarating experience observing whales and seabirds. Did you know this fjord is the largest in Iceland? It also ranks among the premier locations for whale sightings in the country. During this three-hour excursion, we’ll share fascinating insights about these magnificent creatures and respond to any inquiries you might have.

Following the boat experience, we will take you to the surrounding areas of Akureyri to witness the awe-inspiring Northern Lights, a breathtaking natural spectacle best experienced at least once in a lifetime! Depending on the weather conditions, we will choose the most suitable location to enhance your chances of observing the Northern Lights.

Ultimately, we will return you to your accommodation in Akureyri after approximately 6 hours.
