Truffle-Hunting Tour

Join us to hunt for truffles in Alba, a charming countryside town nestled in the mountains of Cuneo, where truffles are the local specialty. Learn about truffles and watch truffle-hunting dogs in action!

Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the parking of the Alba Cemetery. Here, you'll board your vehicle and follow the tour guide to the forest to begin your truffle-hunting adventure.

Upon arrival, you'll meet the truffle expert, who will provide guidance on truffle hunting. You will have the opportunity to observe the expert's work closely and see the truffle-hunting dogs as they search for these prized mushrooms. We will then set out into the mountains for the hunt!

Participants will engage in a simulated activity where the expert has hidden truffles to demonstrate the truffle-hunting process. Given the abundance of truffles in the area, there is a possibility of finding naturally grown truffles that have not been artificially planted.

After an hour and a half of hunting, you'll return to your vehicle, concluding your truffle-hunting experience.
