Algarve Dolphin Watching Boat Trip Itinerary

After departing from Albufeira Marina, you will cruise along the coast on the Insonia, a small vessel accommodating a maximum of twelve people. This allows for a more personal experience as you sail towards Carvoeiro Beach, admiring the unique rock formations of the southern coastline and exploring magical sea caves created by dramatic cliffs.

You will then venture further out in search of dolphins. The Algarve is known for its resident marine mammals, which often approach boats out of curiosity. Guided by a local wildlife expert, you will aim to sight common dolphins and bottlenose dolphins, the latter known for their sociable and playful nature, often swimming near boats. If fortunate, you may witness them jumping and playing close by.

Your excursion will conclude with a return to Albufeira Marina after two hours at sea.
